Terms of Use

These terms form the agreement between you and SunCom Consulting OÜ for your use of RavnView. Please read them: they set out what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and the limits of our responsibility.

1. Agreement to these terms

RavnView at https://www.ravnview.com is operated by SunCom Consulting OÜ (registry code 16612900), Padriku tee 12/3-4, Pirita linnaosa, 11912 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and give an email address you control; we verify it before your account becomes usable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@ravnview.com if you believe it has been used without your permission.

One person or organisation per account. Do not share credentials or resell access.

3. Plans, payment and cancellation

Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each period until cancelled. Prices are shown before you buy and include any tax we are required to charge.
Upgrades take effect at once
When you move to a higher plan, the change applies immediately and you are charged the difference for the remainder of the current period at that moment.
Downgrades take effect at the period end
When you move to a lower plan or cancel, you keep the plan you paid for until the end of the current billing period, and the change applies at that boundary. Nothing is charged or refunded in the meantime, and unused time on the higher plan is not credited back.
Refunds
Payments are otherwise non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days; by starting to use a paid plan immediately you may lose that right for the portion already supplied.
Price changes
We may change prices, but not for a period you have already paid for. We will give reasonable notice before a change takes effect so you can cancel first.
Storage and usage limits
Each plan carries limits on storage, flight count and AI questions. When you reach a limit, further use of that feature is blocked until you free space or move to a plan with a higher limit.

4. Your content

Flight logs, video and anything else you upload remain yours. We claim no ownership. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to store your files, process them into replays and analysis, and show them back to you and to anyone you deliberately share them with. This permission ends when you delete the content.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that doing so does not breach anyone else's rights or any law that applies to you — including, where relevant, rules on aerial filming, privacy and data protection in the place the footage was taken.

5. Public flights

Flights are private unless you make them public. Making a flight public means anyone with the link can see it, including its route, take-off location, timing and any video. You are responsible for that decision and for what the flight reveals. You can make it private again, but that cannot retrieve data already seen or copied.

7. Flight analysis is not aviation advice

This matters more than anything else in these terms. RavnView reconstructs and analyses flights that have already happened. Its output — including telemetry readings, derived statistics, weather data, terrain rendering and AI-generated commentary — is provided for information only.

It is not airworthiness advice, maintenance advice, incident-investigation evidence, or a determination of compliance with any aviation regulation. AI answers may be incomplete or simply wrong. Do not rely on this service for any decision affecting flight safety, aircraft serviceability or regulatory compliance.

You remain solely responsible for operating your aircraft lawfully and safely, and for meeting the requirements of your national aviation authority.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on providers including Stripe, Google, DJI, Anthropic and various mapping and weather sources, as described in our Privacy Policy. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and a fault or change at one of them may interrupt a feature. Where you connect your own account — for example DJI FlightHub 2 — your use of that service remains governed by your agreement with them.

9. Availability and backups

We work to keep RavnView available and your data intact, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, faults and events beyond our control can cause downtime. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. RavnView is not a backup service and should not be your only copy of a flight log or video.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including a consumer's statutory rights.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from your reliance on the service's output. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law, and will give notice and a chance to put things right where it is reasonable to do so. On closure your access ends and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy; any unused paid period is not refunded where closure follows a breach by you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as the service develops. The date at the top reflects the current version, and we will give reasonable notice of any change that materially affects your rights. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and cancel before it takes effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, and disputes fall to the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory law of the country you live in, and may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
